Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing EZListing. We aim to provide a transparent and fair policy regarding refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Principle

As a general rule, all purchases on our Service are final. However, we provide specific refund eligibility for Credit packs and initial Annual Membership purchases under the conditions detailed in this policy.

2. Refunds for Credit Purchases

  • Eligibility Window: You may request a refund for a credit pack purchase within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Full Refunds: If you have not used any credits from the purchased pack, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: If you have used some of the credits from the pack, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of unused credits.
    • Example: If you purchase 150 credits for $15 and use 30 credits (20% of the pack) before requesting a refund within the 7-day window, you would be eligible for a refund of $12 (representing the 80% of unused credits).

Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds for Membership Subscriptions

We offer different refund rules for our monthly and annual membership plans.

  • Monthly Memberships: All monthly membership purchases are strictly non-refundable.

  • Annual Memberships:

    • Eligibility Window: For Annual Memberships only, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
    • Refund with Deduction: If you have used the Service in any capacity after purchasing the annual plan, a fee equivalent to one month of membership (at the standard, non-discounted monthly rate) will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • Full Refund: If you have not used the Service at all since the purchase of the annual plan, you are eligible for a full refund.

Requests for annual membership refunds made after 14 days from the initial purchase date are not eligible.

4. Subscription Renewals

All subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Our service requires users to manually opt-in to auto-renewal at the time of the initial purchase. Because this is a conscious choice made by the user, we do not provide refunds for any renewal charges. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us by email at [email protected].

Your request must include:

  • The email address associated with your EZListing account.
  • The transaction ID or a copy of the receipt for the purchase in question.
  • A clear statement indicating whether you are requesting a refund for Credits or an Annual Membership.

We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days.

6. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided

For clarity, refunds will not be granted under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before its renewal date.
  • Changing your mind after the eligibility window has passed.
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of generated articles.
  • Your account being suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Processing Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Once a refund is processed, the corresponding Credits or Membership benefits will be immediately removed from your account.
